PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY

PRICING

All prices listed are in RMB and are inclusive of all sales taxes.

We may change the advertised price of an item at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order and we do not price match on special offers that may arise after you have made your purchase. The price on your order will be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated on your order and you may choose to either proceed with or cancel the order. 

PAYMENT

We currently accept WeChat Pay and Alipay. We will add other payment methods in the  future.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PLACING AN ORDER

1. Due to the bulkiness of the goods and as we deliver via courier, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. A street address must be provided at the time of placing your order.
2. quadroshop.cn is entitled to refuse any order placed at our discretion. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means to the email address you have given us during the order process. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to ensure your order has been accepted.
3. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing and receiving our products or services will be correct.
4. www.quadroshop.cn currently deliver to mainland China areas only.

DELIVERY

1. Free delivery for orders of ¥199 and above to major cities (Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities).
2. For orders below ¥199, a flat ¥100 shipping and handling charges will apply.
3. There will be additional delivery charges for orders to remote areas. You will be informed of the additional shipping charges by phone or e-mail. The order will be shipped once the additional shipping charges are settled.
4. www.quadroshop.cn currently deliver to mainland China areas only.
5. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing and receiving our products or services will be correct.
6. There will be no refund of delivery fee on failure of delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customer or unattended recipient addresses upon delivery of goods. Additional delivery charges will apply for redelivery.
7. quadroshop.cn reserve the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

1. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours M-F (excluding public holidays), after he order has been confirmed.
2. Delivery may be delayed in severe weather conditions, natural disasters and during the pandemics.
3. If the item you order is out of stock, you will be notified by phone or e-mail if there will be a long delay.
4. Please contact our customer support at info@quadroshop.cn or 400-871-9896 if you have any special request.

REFUND POLICY 

1. Once purchased and delivered, the items cannot be cancelled and returned.
2. Cancellation of the order is allowed before the order is shipped (usually within 24-36 hours after the order is confirmed). You will be refunded the full purchase price, less 3% payment gateway and handling fee.
3. Short-shipped and defective items will be replaced.
4. Short shipped and defective items should be reported within 3 days after delivery is completed.
