REFUND / RETURN POLICY

1. QUADRO, the Giant Construction Kit, once purchased and delivered, cannot be cancelled nor returned, unless the item is defective. Defective parts will be replaced.
2. Cancellation of the order is allowed before the order is shipped (usually within 24-36 hours after order is confirmed). You will be refunded the full purchase amount, less 3% payment gateway charges and handling fee.
3. Cancellation of the order while the package is enroute is allowed. You will be charged 3% payment gateway charges and handling fee, plus the cost of express delivery rerouting.
4. Within 7 days of receiving and signing for the product, if the product remains unopened and unused, a return can be requested. However, the customer will be responsible for paying the express return shipping fee and a handling fee of 3% of the order amount. No return requests can be made after the 7-day period has expired.
5. Opened or installed/used products are not accepted for return. In case of special circumstances requiring a return, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving and signing for the product. A depreciation fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Any missing or damaged parts will be deducted from the refund at their retail price. No return requests can be made after the 7-day period has expired.
6. Our store does not provide a 7-day no-reason return or exchange service. For shipments that are incomplete or missing items, We will provide you with Missing Part Shipment service only once. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide relevant information. We will provide you with Missing Part Shipment service only once. It is inevitable that there may be minor defects, scratches,stress whitening or other issues during the production, packaging, and transportation of the product. These do not constitute quality issues, and we regret that we cannot provide after-sales service in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
